I was so nervous at my first appointment. I have been struggling for awhile with 20lbs that wouldn't budge. I was very apprehensive about it all but my first appointment was so encouraging. The whole team is great and they are so supportive. Good things are in store!

What a warm, professional, and positive experience I had with the team at Carolina Health & Wellness this past week. From my initial call to schedule a free consultation, through my office visits, the ease of completing and accessing labs, email and text communication, and my follow-up exam today, every interaction was clear, efficient, and informative. Cameron Ackerson and Dr. Faisal Fakih exceeded my expectations, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout the process. (I even got a dinner recommendation for my anniversary this evening) I ultimately left with a different plan than I had anticipated going in, but I feel confident in the direction we’re taking and the path toward better overall health. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed, respected, and completely at ease—truly wonderful people who genuinely care about your well-being. The entire process is remarkably smooth, effective, and hassle-free, making it easy to stay consistent with treatment. Plus, the location is extremely convenient and easy to get to.
