Elle grew up local, surrounded by the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. She loves hiking, cooking, and spending time outside enjoying all that nature has to offer. She has nurtured a strong passion for holistic health and nutrition, being raised in a family household with a great value for both

She received a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Carolina University and is dedicated to spreading her love and knowledge for nutrition and wellness to others! Elle lives in Waynesville with her husband and enjoys the daily scenic commute to Asheville during the week!
